The location of Society is quite secluded from regular eateries. Hidden via a well-lit lift, as you step into the restaurant you are met with a grand atmosphere; with large chandeliers and an elegant colour scheme. The louder jazz and contemporary music set the tone for the night, as many tables chatter away while eating. Unlike other eateries, Society crucially uses fresh and unattainable ingredients which sets them out apart from the rest.
Stand outs
Society provides access to a variety of unreachable ingredients, namely snow crab, pearl meat and caviar. These dishes, exquisitely crafted, showcase the unique flavours in different ways. The use of jelly in some components, to balance out the texture or placing the objects in ravioli are all methods that society has utilised to elevate their dishes. They also have mocktails which can be crafted at request.
