Dessert - Bingsu
Cafe by day, dessert bar by night, this hidden location is a force to be reckoned with. Opening late in the afternoon at 4:30 pm, there is always a queue. This bingsu vendor is special when compared to others, the texture of the ice is small but compact and the abundance of toppings such as pearls, strawberries and mochi completes the dessert.
Variety
This array of flavours such as mango, Thai milk tea, hojicha, matcha and strawberry alongside the different serving sizes, allows for sharing between friends and family. This is truly the place to visit after a dinner or night time event.
I would have to say that my choice of bingsu would be hojicha with an additional side of pearls!
