This upscale steak house is one beefy affair. The range of A5 wagyu cuts alongside paired cocktails made this experience one I will never forget. Unlike other steakhouses, this establishment offers seafood and of course, venison steak tartare as entrees. This simple yet delicious mix of fresh ingredients was truly one of the best.

Highlights

In the mix of modern, yet rustic atmosphere characterised by oak floors and large flower displays, Botswana Butchery created a vibrant and social dining context. There was no rigidity, unlike other formal diners. Now onto the stars of the show: the A5 steaks, cooked perfectly at medium rare.

 

Each cut was tender and when enveloped in red wine sauce, a heavenly combination. Of course, for you steak dislikers out there, they offer duck and snapper which are equally as refined and tasty. I strongly recommend the freshly shucked oysters and A5 wagyu steak.
